  • A school contact can collect suitable image/s and upload (1) image per student 5MB or under by Picture Day or Makeup Day.

  • We cannot manage uploads directly from individual students / guardians.

  • SGP will remove the background, crop to a headshot, and place the subject on an SGP background to match your school.

  • By submitting, you are authorizing Stomping Ground Photo to use the uploaded image/s for service items and an online gallery for the student.

  • After uploading, you will receive a confirmation email from reply@automation.podio.com. If you don’t, click HERE to let us know!

  • If the submission is over 5-10MB, the file could fail to attach due to email server limitations and you will not receive a confirmation.

  • Please only upload (1) image per subject. The school will be billed per file uploaded.

  • In order to upload you need to access your online code list found in your client portal. This can be found in “Downloads & Shipments”, item titled “CSV of Online Codes for all Subjects”. On that list you will find the online code for each student. In the column titled “Custom Data 3” is the project code. Both codes are needed in order to submit below.
